Teamwork
There are three methods of interpersonal interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.
If you want to make the optimal choice selecting your software application, you have to see through the differences that are significant between those interactions.
Conversational interaction is an exchange of information and transactional interaction is an exchange of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, whereas collaborative interaction is employed for a change of a substance of collaboration, ex.: achievement of a shared objective.
Collaborative interactions are organized in such a way that the primary purpose of the participants is to change the collaboration substance from something non-secured and intangible, for instance, an idea, into a useful solution, for instance a design solution.

Teamwork Software is one of groupware programs that facilitate seamless teamwork between your employees, department personnel, everybody who works on the project, panels, etc.
The strong point of these applications is in the ability to allow users to browse action plans, access shared documents, be updated on projects, supervise schedules, facilitate business processes, be instantly notified of any new objectives and events they are involved in. There are a plenty of ways in which this software can be very useful: managing activities, papers and projects, facilitating business processes and harmonizing work of several departments or even firms.
